About this tool
Make certificates for a class, a course or an event without editing each one by hand. Pick a design, write the wording once, and paste your list of names. You get a single PDF to print, or a ZIP with a separate file for each person to email.
Common questions
How many names can I use?
Up to 1,000 in one go. Long names shrink to fit on one line, and Hindi names work too.
Can each certificate have its own number?
Yes. Turn on numbering and set a starting number, such as CERT-001. Each name gets the next one.
Can I add a signature and logo?
Yes, for up to two signatories, along with your logo. Pictures are read on your device and placed on the page.
Is it free to use?
Yes. There's no sign-up for everyday use, and a free account raises the daily limit if you need more.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It works in your browser on a computer or a phone.
Is what I enter kept?
It's only used to get your result. Some public answers, such as the branches for a pincode, are kept for a while so the next lookup is quicker, but nothing links them to you.
