About this tool

Resizing a folder of photos one at a time wastes an afternoon. Add them all, set one rule, and check the list showing each file's size before and after. Turn on Don't enlarge so that small pictures in the batch stay sharp.

Common questions

How many images can I resize at once?

Up to 100 in one batch. For more, run a second batch.

Can the batch mix file types?

Yes. JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and others can go in together. Each keeps its format unless you choose one under Save as, and HEIC is saved as JPG.

What if two files have the same name?

Nothing is overwritten. The second gets a number added to its name.

Is it free to use?

Yes. There's no sign-up, and nothing is added to your file unless you ask for it.

What happens to my files?

Your files are only used to run the tool you chose, and they're deleted automatically after about 24 hours.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It all works in your browser, on any computer or phone.
