How to plan your day
- Choose the date, and the hours your day starts and ends.
- Fill in the hours, your top 3 priorities, the to-dos and any notes.
- Move between days with the arrows, or print the day on A4.
Examples
A work day from 8 am to 7 pm gives 12 hour rows. Write "10 am: GST return for a client, ₹2,500 fee" and "4 pm: bank, deposit cheque", and put Submit GSTR-1 as the first of the top 3 priorities.
A student's Sunday from 6 am to 10 pm gives 17 rows, such as "7 am: revise Physics chapter 4" and "2 pm: 3 hour mock test". Even with every row filled, the print fits on one A4 page.
Plan Monday on Sunday night: press the right arrow, fill in Monday, and press Today to come back. Both days stay saved.
About this tool
Lay out one day at a time. Choose when your day starts and ends, write what's happening in each hour, pick the three things that matter most, and keep a short to-do list and notes beside them. Move to the next or previous day with the arrows; every date you write in is kept in this browser. Print a day to keep on your desk.
Common questions
Is each day saved separately?
Yes. Each date keeps its own plan in this browser. Days you leave empty aren't stored, so nothing builds up.
Can I print a blank planner page?
Yes. Pick a day with nothing written in it and select Print. You get the hour lines, three priority lines, to-do boxes and a notes box to fill in by hand.
Can I use a 24 hour clock?
Yes. Choose 24 hour under Clock, and the hours show as 06:00, 07:00 and so on, on screen and on paper.
Does it sync between my phone and computer?
No. Plans stay in the browser where you wrote them, and nothing is sent anywhere. Print a day if you need it somewhere else.
Is it free to use?
Yes. There's no sign-up, and you can use it as often as you like.
Is my text uploaded anywhere?
No. This tool runs inside your browser, so what you enter stays on your device.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It works in your browser on a computer or a phone.
