Examples
Walk 5,000 steps, ticked on 1 to 4 November and again on 6 and 7 November: on 7 November the current streak is 2 days, the longest streak is 4 days, and the month shows 86% (6 of 7 days).
Save ₹100 a day: tick it each day you put the money aside. 25 days ticked in a 30-day month is 83%, and ₹2,500 saved.
Read 20 pages, ticked every day from 1 to 15 November and missed on the 16th: on 17 November, before you tick it, the current streak is 0 and the longest streak stays 15.
About this tool
Pick a few habits you want to keep, such as a morning walk, 20 minutes of reading or eight glasses of water. Each day, tap the habit under Today or the day in the month grid. The tracker counts your current streak, your longest streak and how many days of the month you managed, and it's all saved in this browser for when you come back tomorrow.
Common questions
How is the streak counted?
It's the number of days in a row you've ticked, up to today. If you haven't ticked today yet, the streak still counts the run up to yesterday until the day ends.
What does the monthly % mean?
Days done divided by the days of the month so far, including today. On 10 November with 8 days ticked it's 80%. A past month counts all of its days.
Can I mark a day I forgot?
Yes. Tap any earlier day in the grid, in this month or a past one. Days after today can't be marked yet.
Can I print an empty tracker?
Yes. Print a blank sheet gives a landscape A4 grid of the month with your habit names and spare rows, ready to tick by hand.
Is it free to use?
Yes. There's no sign-up, and you can use it as often as you like.
Is my text uploaded anywhere?
No. This tool runs inside your browser, so what you enter stays on your device.
Do I need to install anything?
