Examples
Priya Iyer, Senior Accounts Manager at Kaveri Learning Pvt Ltd, with phone +91 80 4110 0000 and mobile +91 98450 12345: the Classic layout shows her name in the accent colour, her title and company below, then phone, mobile, email and website on one line. Tapping the mobile number on a phone dials +919845012345.
A logo at https://www.kaveri.example.com/logo.png, 90 px wide, sits to the left in the Side by side layout, with a thin colour bar between it and the text. A file path such as C:\Users\Priya\logo.png is refused, with a note that Gmail and Outlook need a picture that's online.
Four social links, such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram and YouTube, appear as short text links separated by bars. A fifth can't be added, and a link that doesn't start with http or https, such as javascript:, is left out.
About this tool
Build a signature that looks right in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. Fill in your name, job title, company, phone, email, website and up to four social links, pick a layout and a colour, then copy it straight into your mail app. A logo or photo works when it's a link to a picture that's already online.
Common questions
Why doesn't my logo show?
Gmail and Outlook only show a picture that's hosted online, so the signature links to it rather than holding the file. Use the address of a logo on your company website, starting with https://. A picture pasted from your computer won't show for the people you email.
Will it work in Outlook?
Yes. The signature is built from tables with the styles written into each part, which is the kind of HTML that Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail accept. A round photo may show as a square in some versions of Outlook.
What is Copy HTML for?
Some systems, such as a company's email settings or a website builder, ask for the signature's HTML code. Copy HTML gives you that code. For Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, use Copy signature and paste it.
Can my name be in Hindi?
Yes. Names, job titles and addresses in Hindi, Marathi or any other language are kept exactly as you type them.
Is it free to use?
Yes. There's no sign-up, and you can use it as often as you like.
Is my text uploaded anywhere?
No. This tool runs inside your browser, so what you enter stays on your device.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It works in your browser on a computer or a phone.
