About this tool
Make an invoice in a few minutes and send it as a clean PDF. Add your items, a discount or tax on any line, your logo and your bank details. Amounts are worked out in whole paise or cents, so the totals add up exactly, however many lines you have.
Common questions
Does it add a watermark?
No. Your invoice has only what you put on it, with no watermark and no limit on how many you make.
How does the numbering work?
Select New invoice and the number moves up by one, keeping your prefix and zeros, so INV-009 becomes INV-010. Your own details stay filled in for the next one.
I'm GST registered in India. Is this the right tool?
Use the GST Invoice Generator instead. It adds GSTIN checks, HSN codes, place of supply, and CGST and SGST or IGST.
Is it free to use?
Yes. There's no sign-up, and you can use it as often as you like.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It works in your browser on a computer or a phone.
Is what I enter kept?
It's only used to get your result. Some public answers, such as the branches for a pincode, are kept for a while so the next lookup is quicker, but nothing links them to you.
