Examples
A monthly sales review at 10:30 am with items of 10, 20, 15, 10 and 5 minutes: they start at 10:30, 10:40, 11:00, 11:15 and 11:25 am, and the meeting ends at 11:30 am, exactly one hour.
A review at 3:45 pm that must end by 4:30 pm, with items of 30 and 25 minutes: it would end at 4:40 pm, so you see a warning that it runs 10 minutes over.
A stand-up at 09:55 on the 24-hour clock with items of 5 and 10 minutes: they start at 09:55 and 10:00, and it closes at 10:10. Copy as email text lines the times up in a column.

Common questions
How are the times worked out?
Each item starts when the one before it ends. A meeting at 10:30 am with items of 10, 20 and 15 minutes has them at 10:30, 10:40 and 11:00 am, and it ends at 11:15 am.
What if the agenda runs over?
Set a time under Must end by. If the items add up to more, you're told by how many minutes, so you can trim an item before you send the agenda.
How do I save it as a PDF?
Select Print and choose Save as PDF as the printer. The Word download can be edited by anyone you send it to.
What about the minutes afterwards?
After the meeting, use the Meeting Minutes Template to record who attended, what was decided and who does what by when.
