About this tool
Move a table from a PDF into a database, script or spreadsheet. Each table is read cell by cell, so figures stay exactly as printed. A table that runs over several pages can go into one merged file, and the header it repeats on each page is dropped.
Common questions
Does it work on scanned PDFs?
Not directly, because a scan has no text to read. Use PDF to Excel (OCR), then save that sheet as CSV.
Should I keep Make it open correctly in Excel on?
Yes, if you'll open the file in Excel, so Hindi and symbols show properly. Turn it off if another program will read the CSV and doesn't expect the marker.
Is it free to use?
Yes. You can use it without an account a few times a day, and a free account raises the daily limit. Nothing is added to your file unless you ask for it.
What happens to my files?
Your files are only used to run the tool you chose, and they're deleted automatically after about 24 hours.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It all works in your browser, on any computer or phone.
