About this tool

Exam forms ask for odd sizes, such as 6.0 × 2.0 cm for SSC or 140 × 60 pixels for IBPS, with a tight KB range on top. Choose your form and your signature is cleaned, centered on white, and saved within the limits. IBPS thumb and declaration sizes are here too.

Common questions

Why is my signature so small in the IBPS size?

140 × 60 pixels is tiny, so the signature is thickened slightly to stay readable. The empty paper around it is cut away first, which keeps it as large as possible.

What does UPSC ask for?

UPSC asks you to sign three times, one below the other, on one white sheet with black ink. Add a photo of that sheet and choose the UPSC size.

Are these sizes always current?

They were read from official notices on 31 October 2026, and each result names its source. Notices differ between exams, so compare with your own notification.

Is it free to use?

Yes. You can use it without an account a few times a day, and a free account raises the daily limit. Nothing is added to your file unless you ask for it.

What happens to my files?

Your files are only used to run the tool you chose, and they're deleted automatically after about 24 hours.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It all works in your browser, on any computer or phone.
