Where do these sizes come from?
From official notices read on 31 October 2026: Indian mission guidelines for passports, and notices from IBPS, UPSC and NTA. Rules change, so compare with your own notification.
Why isn't SSC on the list?
SSC notices of 2026 have you capture a live photo inside the application, so there's no photo file to upload. For your SSC signature, use Signature Resizer.
Will this remove my background?
No. It only changes the size. Passport guidelines ask for a white background, so use White Background Photo Maker first if yours isn't plain.
Is it free to use?
